RETURNS & REFUNDS

Thank you for shopping with Kitty Graham. Every order is packed with care and sent out as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know if something doesn't go to plan.

 

DIGITAL PRODUCTS (KNITTING PATTERNS)

All pattern purchases are delivered digitally and are available to download immediately after purchase. Because of the instant-delivery nature of digital products, patterns are non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, please get in touch and I'll sort it out straight away.

 

SIGNED BOOKS

Signed copies are personally signed and fulfilled by hand, which means they can't be returned for a change of mind. However, if your book arrives damaged or was lost in transit, please contact me within 14 days of your expected delivery date with a photo of the damage and I'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

 

BUNDLES

Due to the nature of bundle contents (which may include food items, yarn, and printed materials), bundles are non-returnable unless items arrive damaged or defective. If anything in your bundle is damaged on arrival, please get in touch within 14 days with a photo and I'll make it right.

 

PHYSICAL MERCH (TOTES, PROJECT BAGS, JOURNALS)

Small-batch physical products are non-returnable for change-of-mind purchases. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 14 days of receipt with a description and photo and I'll arrange a replacement or refund.

 

GENERAL NOTES

— All claims must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

— Please include your order number and a photo of any damage when you get in touch.

— Refunds, where applicable, will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

— I am not responsible for delays or losses caused by the postal service once an item has been shipped, but I will always do my best to help resolve any issues.
